if u have a disk muffler the disks could be clogd up.

could be its outta time... just a thought... something similar happened with my cousions suzuki 230... was really bogged down... couldnt get it out of idle pretty much no matter how u cranked on the throttle, turns out he had knocked it outta time riding on a rough trail.

If you can't get it to idle, how did you check the time?

Have you checkd to make sure you exhaust isn't clogged? It'spossible that the muffler has filled with carbon.

Also, have you checked compression?

Checked for good spark from the CDI?

Good signal TO the CDI?

Are you running NEW fuel? is the tank full?

Checked to Petcock to make sure it's not clogged (and the screen in the tank as well)

Checked the fuel line to make sure it's not kinked?

Is the new plug gapped right?

Checked to make sure your intake boot is sealed to both the carb and the head?

Clogged Air Filter?

Did you blow out all the passages in the carb when you cleaned it?

check the float level in the carb when you put it back together
