400ex/250r conversion

iwas wondering if anyone knows where to get info on putting 2004 cr250 into a 400ex frame. its a project i plan on working on this winter.

Service honda .com They offer the kit or a complete quad using the 400ex frame.:)

We already have the quad and the bike, so buying the kit would be a waste of money. Anyone done this that can coment on the problems we will face.?
Should we rubber mount this sucker?
Will a 250r pipe work as long as we mount the engine in reltaion to the pipe?
are the pipe flanges the same?

I'm familar with conversions As I put a 426 in my 400ex some years ago. but never delt with a 2 stroke.
