Best Thumb Throttle [Archive]

WHATS THE BEST THUMB THROTTLE ? I ONLY HAVE TWISTGRIP FOR THE R I'M BUILDING AND FROM PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE EXPERIMENTING WITH MY TRI Z THERE SUICIDE ... HOWEVER THE THUMB THROTTLE USED TO KILL , I KNOW YOU GET USED TO IT BUT SOME MUST BE BETTER THAN OTHERS .

SUGGESTIONS PLEASE .

i've heard 300ex thumb throttles are a bit easier to use. i dont have any issues with mine though so i have never switched.

i run a 400ex thumb throttle on my g/f's blaster. its nice but i would still take a stock 250R thumb throttle over it. you hafta cut the stopper out of the 400ex throttle to get it to work on a 2-stroke. its got a long pull though so its easier and more precise then an R throttle.

try the twister again, theres a big difference between a tri-z and the 250R. ive run twister on all my quads with no issues
