Has anyone sold a quad on ebay? What kind of fee/comission do they take?

The last time I sold one on there it was a fixed charge of $40 for listing and another $40 end of auction charge.

there fees are REDICULOUS! I got charged $2.25 for selling something for $80 and then another $2.15 from paypal. REDICULOUS

Sounds like you would have been way better off selling it to your buddy for $35 rather than paying $4.40 in fees. Ebay fees are somewhat high, but everytime I put something on ebay, it brings more than I wanted anyway.


Get on eBay and you can find seller fees and the pricing structure. It all depends on how you list it, if you put a reserve or not, if it sells or not, and then a % of the total if it sells.

I love ebay and am happy to pay there fee's when I sell for double what I expected.

I would use ebay for a last resort! If you tried everything else and no buyers then try ebay:D
