Besides goin to the dealer is there aftermarket sportrax 400 ex stickers available some where (possibly saying 440 ex) or something different than stock?

eBay has some nice ones that say 440ex and look like the older graphics that came on the 400's. Not expensive either.

if you brought your old stickers to a sticker/sign shop they could fab you up something cool. Just ask...

theirs a web site that can make the stickers say ******* ex.
what everu want them to put down they will do it. u an make your wone graphics to.

Crashers.com (http://www.crashers.com/440ex.html) has exactly what you're looking for. They have a bunch of other quad stickers too, for cheap. Check it out. Way easier than having to get custom ones made.
