ok i seen that sum ppl take out the end cap and all the diska nd leave it oped now if i do that would i have to rejet the atv ??? and would it make it louder and give me more power

Yes you will have to rejet. It will make it louder and it will give you more top end power but you'll lose some low end.

I would guess that depends on your riding style. Personally I prefer low end power for woods type riding.
