i've seen brand new t-9s waffle within the first hour of riding on the track. the kid was running low tire pressure.. but i wouldnt buy them. i'm looking into the quadroks right now.. they look to be strong and light for mx

Just cuz you saw a set do that doesn't mean much of anything. That could happen to any .190 thickness rim. I'd say either are going to be a good choice. Personally, I'd go with the ITP T-9's. And if you had a little extra money to spare, the new GP series wheels are supposed to be comparable to the Douglas convential center Ultimates. I have a set of the GP's, haven't gotten to use them yet but they look pretty strong.

definately go with standard conventional douglas or billet ultimate ( yellow label ) wheels with the rolled lip. Thats what the majority of people are running that do not run beadlocks. T-9's and red labels just do not seem to hold up to well if you ride hard

If I had to choose between the T-9 and the .190 (red label) I would choose the red label. I feel douglas is stronger than ITP. Like "300ex73" for a little more money you should go with the GP series or a douglas rolled wheel.
