to tell the truth and not to make anyone mad the tc racing pipe is just a 4" supertrapp racing pipe that fits a 250x, 300ex, or atc350x (still not sure which one). they are still the shorty and the only difference is the open end cap tom puts on the pipe. i bought a used one cheap. about eight years ago you could buy a new one for $170 to $180. i will check the part numbers on the back of the pipe near the hanger to see which one it is. the pipe should be a one fits all deal since you have to cut the headers on the400ex just to make it fit.

didnt know that but now i do. and plust y were u ripping on him in the first place. he makes a great pipe that makes bottom end and torque. his hp gains rnt that great but thats not what turns the wheels torque does.

very true 450r51 i was tring to help people save money for other mods. nothing against him. dennis kirk sells the 4" race part # 43450 or 44242. i am not sure which one will work. don't get me wrong i like reverse cone megaphone exhaust. not great for h.p. but great torque.

its a 350x pipe(ever wonder why they still make it, when the 200x pipes aren't sold anymore), but he buys the peices not assembled and welds them together as needed. I can't find where he gets the open end caps though, thats the key part that sets it apart.

anything look familar???? this a 350x supertrapp installed on my 86 200x.

I got the tc on my crf450r quad and because of the frame , I got in the same form as he he gets them, a few sections of pipe, the mid pipe, silencer and a crf450r stock head pipe, we had to weld the sections together

I was just looking at supertrapp's site and they sell a 4" open end cap for $20, gee I wonder if its the same one he uses. I'll have to order one for my 200x, as I put the one on my tc on and it was quite a difference.

I know this is a old post but I am looking for the part number on the shorty supertrapp muffler on the hanger.
