Precharger and rejetting

If I get a precharger, will I need to rejet my Recon? How about if I buy a after market filter?

a precharger will actually decrease your air flow, and no you won't have to rejet, also when i got my k&n way backthen, and that was the only motor mod on my bike i didnt rejet and it ran fine with a aftermarket filter on stock jets.
