hmf pipe and knn filter jetting

i put a 160 in it long ago and did the needle clip and stuff but i just added the k&n filter and shortened my silender. anyway when i first started it flamed would come out i let packing in and just want to know if a 160 will let me run too lean . and is this normal when firstn shortening a silencer. and it smmoked white for just a second when i first warmed it up all this stopped after a minute.

try a keihin 165 or 170 at most. The white smoke was more than likely just moisture, dont worry about it.
