My brother Rob was out street racing today I know he shouldnt have been doing it but he was just playing around with his friend, at 80mph a woman pulled out in front of him he was on a highway and he swerved to miss her, he hit the back of her car, another car behind me hit her as well, the car went directly for a pole so he pitched it sideways and hit the curb the car rolled..

I havent herd much on his condintion I'm really worried..

I got this with my sisters camera phone.. :(

I just got a phone call it sounds like he's allright, just a concussion and alot of cuts from the glass. and possibly some back injurys, he has to get a catscan and all now.

I asked what he was doing at first it sounded like they were racing but actually he was trying to get this guy off his *** and his buddy next to him decided to show off some and the woman pulled out in front of everyone, causing a pretty big ordeal..

what pisses me off the most, the woman got out of her car and started screaming at everyone, throwing stuff perfectly fine, the cops and fire police got there, she instantly pulled the oh my neck hurts and will possibly have a law suite..

sorry about the wreck, glad he is ok though! i hate it when people pull out in front of me, though if he was hauling a** it was partially his fault i guess. im convinced there are some seriously ignorant and irresponsible drivers out there, seems like every time i turn around i have some person pulling out in front of me, cutting me off, whatever. even had people swerve at us when we go riding...

Whats the woman supposed to do? I mean you just dont expect two cars to be coming down the road at 80 MPH, especially at a place where you cross the highway.
I wonder what the speed limit was where the wreck happened?

Im leaning towards Josh's brother being at fault right now from what he posted.

Fill us in Josh. Who got the tickets from the police? The lady or your brother?

The lady actually was wrong, the stop sign was about 10-15ft behind.

The speed limit is 65

Theres been so many accidents there I cant count on my hands..

Its one of them things, even if my brother and the rest were going slow, it still would of happened, she nudged her way out to far and stoped like a deer in the headlights of a semi.

well if the broad didnt pull out so far when there was cars coming maybe it wouldnt of happened..

its happened at that same spot, time and time again, People take chances they shouldnt.

if anything its both of their faults, I'm not saying my brothers an angel becauses hes far from it, but WHY would you pull out in front of them then stop when you can clearly see them coming?

she pulled out at the very last minute, how can you be so stupid?

do you drive? you have to be ready for those kinds of things...i hope he is ok, but i also hope he has learned from this, and that he gets the legal punishment he deserves...
