we need to know alot more info! which big bore kit, was it ported, who did it, what air filter, reeds, reed cage and exhaust do you have, do you have an airbox? if so, do you use the lid, are there any holes in the lid? what carb do you have, stock? aftermarket? what size aftermarket?, what brand? answer those and we can help;)

Its been a long long time sense I messed with a blaster, but...

Reed cages.. V-force of course are the best.. then Rads I think... but if you just on a budget just get a reed spacer.. there like ten bucks.

remove the airbox lid...
Mill the head.. $35

carb...
porting....

uumm, I think thats about it. Could get the oil inj. block off kit.. lightens the bike slightly, but more importantly you now can mix your own oil the oil injection is rich.

with the 240 kit,start with a 230 main and go from there:)

start out around a 330 main, 1 clip down from stock on the needle.

330 main some one said 230 main did u have typpo or are u correct ?
