Wheels lock?

ok, When im riding and i turn hard left with no weight up rront they lock in that position and if im going fast enough i just get tossed off and my bike just rolls over. I already replaced the spindel and it didnt remedy the problem. Can anybody help?

your bearings might be shot

no the bearing are fine, the wheels turn so much that a bolt on the bottom of the spindle goes over the lower a arm and locks when weight is re-applied
