Service Honda 250R

I'm interested in the Service Honda 250R "conversion". Does anyone here any insight on this product. They use a 400EX fame for a base, 2001 CR250 engine. They mod a new frame to fit the 250 engine. I'm concerned about vibration because I don't think the CR engine is counter-balanced. Let me know if you have one or have ridden one.
