Ford Supercab

I just bought an F250. Well it has a super cab, which is the extended cab but has 4 doors. Well my problem is that it always says my doors are open. The light stays on in the cab. I had a ford ranger supercab that did the same thing. Is there any kind of recall on this? I will be taking it back to my dealer on monday, but I just wanted to see if it was a common thing.

The door ajar switches are sticking which are in the latch. You can try to spray some wd-40 on them to see if you can loosen them up. They run around $20 per switch.

Alright thanks, im not buying nothing, my dealer is. I just bought it this morning and now this is happening. thanks for your input

Ford must use some really bad switches or something because several years ago when I was still in a field position I had the exact same problem in my old Aerostar, one of my Windstars and one of my E-150's.
