torque on head

what is the torque on all of the top end bolts i have a 440 with a 12.5.1 comp

Torque them down to 40ftlbs. (the ones that hold the cylinder down)

are you talkin about the cylinder head cover right over the cam? If you are, then its 7ft/lbs each, and 10 for the big bolt in the middle
