my dad makes what he calls a 'texas egg' :confused: he cuts a hole in a piece of bread about the size of an egg and throws it in the skillet. then put cracks an egg and puts it in the hole and cooks it. its pretty tasty:p oh and the blogna looks pretty good!

that looks like pork roll to me, and its easy to make that design, just put 4 slits on the sides and throw it on a hot pan, keeps it from cupping

All you gotta do is ditch the cheese and replace it with stewed tomatoes ... fry up the bologna , add the can of tomatoes to the frying pan to heat it up , make yourself some toast and voila ..... one quick , easy and awesome meal . :devil:
