Custom Axis rear shock for a 450R..

14 3/4 free length
Set up for 170-190 "A" MX rider, +1.25 swingarm

Spring set up currently for a stock link with a 325# spring, and have a GT Thunder link as well, and 400# and 425# springs for that link to run well. 10 hrs. at the most, 5 rides, no leaks, great condition. Got PEPs again.

whats the diff between the 400# and 425# springs , will the gt thunder link add anymore travel ? i weigh 180 with gear, would i be better off getting a dual rate shock or single rate. im serious about buying this too lol, so get back to me when you have a chance.

The 400# would be perfect, for rougher tracks or whooped out tracks you would use the 425# spring to speed up the rebound a hair. Axis only builds single rates for a 450R, all the Pros bikes I have seen are all single rates. Get back to me, I need to sell it quickly..The GT link will add around 1.5-2 inches more travel and will sit 2 inches lower on ride height.
