is it even possible to have a 3 speed column shift with a clutch on a 70' camaro with a 6 cylinder i disagree and think that there isn't one.

Only autos..

It would have to be one hell of a linkage or eletrionic if it was on the steering column

i have never seen one, and don't know why someone would want to. my friends 69 chevy had a 3 on the tree and i hated driving it.

My dad had some kind of old car that was a 3 speed with a shifter on the colum, I think thats one of the worst ideas ever having the shifter like that.

I know for sure that the first gens (67,68,69) had 3 on the tree, but I am not sure if that carried over when the sencond gens started in 1970.
