pb cover help

can some1 help me on how to put my parking brake blockoff plate on correctly??i have a lsr and its goin on my 400ex,cannot figure it out,what do i do????thanks ahead of time

1- take off the parking break cable and the take off the exsisting cover. After that put the parking break on. I put some grease on the inside of the parking brake blockoff the seal out dirt and water. I would higly recomend(sp) put gream or somthing to helo seal it off.
