IT WAS DONE BUY A GUY WHO WORK AT A LOCAL ATV SHOP CALLED CCR CYCLES IN ATHENS ALABAMA. ITS NEITHING FANCEY HE JUST OPENED TO EXHAUST PORT UP SOME.

It looks like he did it with valves installed? I highly suggest the buyer strip the head down and thoroughly clean the springs and valves. The metal shavings will eat it up!
