easiest way is

k&n intake (not just filter)

full exhaust (ditch the kitties, but keep a highflow muffler)

computer chip (if there are any aftermarket ones, look around with hypertech/superchips/diablosport/ect)

little shot of spray will wake 'er up good.

best way to make it have power is sell it and buy a cheap 5.0

its not worth putting performance parts on it seeing how its a family car.

but freebies are the way to go
cut the air box up and put a k&n in there

you will have a hard time 1 finding products to make it more powerful, and 2 truly extracting power from a sebring. simply because it is based on being more of a "family" car and not fur tuning. not saying it cant be done...just more like it would cost alot of money for a small amt. of power...your best bet is to drive it while its slow for a little save your money and in a few years trade it on a faster car like a camaro or even a prelude, civic, gti something that ya can get power out of...

dont even try to do anything to it like tha k&n or exhaust. drive it like it is, learn more about the basics of driving and save up and buy something that you want. also selling it in good condition and all stock will bring more money then it halfassed modded and shown that it was beaten on.

PUT the shortest tire u can get under it! that will lower the gearing and make it quicker but limit the top end! will make it faster in the 1/4 tho!
and you could take out the interior every 100 pounds = .1 second. and its free!

not tryin to be mean or anything cause everyone wants more power.. but you have to be realistic.. it wasnt designed for power it was designed for ramilys.. Not saying its a bad car, but its not going to be extremely fast unless you stick a ton of money in it. If you want to be fast you could put a fart can, wing, japanese symbols, neons, nos stickers, bondo, and primer.. and you will be amazed on how much faster you will feel

is yours a 4 cyl or V6? sebrings arnt really made for modding, so your gonna have a hard time finding parts. like everyone else who was tring to help, put an exhaust and intake on it. i dont know about the mid 90s sebrings but we have a 00 sebring with a v6 and its got balls. its pretty jumpy in low gears. its not a race car but it will put you back in the seat if you pin it. look into mods for an avenger they should also fit your car
