is it okay to have +2 brake lines on stock shocks or not.

The only negative I can think of is there will be alot of slack. Depending on the riding conditions and terrain there's the possibility of the lines getting snagged on something and torn off.

do u think it is cheaper to buy everthing seperate or buy a whole package.

well like the janssen kit it comes with a-arms, brake lines,tie rods,elka shocks.or the ishock kit that comes with freakin everything that u can think of.them r the only two i know that have kits i wish there were others.

so why dont more companies that make a-arms make more kits. it sure would make it alot easier dont u think.
