can you register a quad in ny if you only have a bill of sale and not the title. please get back to me asap. thanks

I had my 300ex registered, and if I remember corectly all I had was a bill of sale that the person I bought it from said that I did buy it from him. There was some paperwork you have to get from the DMV and fill out, but I don't think you will have a problem.

Yes you can. You have to go to Motor Vehicles and they will give you a packet to fill out. Color, frame number, and any modifications. Questions like that.
