Hi guys just brought my new tires home (ITP mudlites 22/11/9 on machined ITP rims) should be great.
MY question is does anyone make a 12 tooth sprocket for the front, could not find one, second if not will a 4 tooth larger than stock fit on the axle without hitting the skidplate. this is on a 06.

ride in the woods and would like to keep stock speeds or even alittle slower for the tight stuff(not so much clutch use) thanks.:D :D :D

i would think a 2 tooth higher in back would equal it out. This is what i was told.

13/41 will be close to 12/38. Not sure you can find a 42 nor will it fit with skid. I think 40 rear is about as big as you can go. The 12 front might be a better option. Even though the new trans is lower geared...it still feels tall huh?

Eh transplant2 I allways gear down my rides, top speed is not as important to me as ecceleration is and in the wood if I can use 3 gears insted of just 2 thats what I'm after. I also like not beating on the clutch so much. I allways buy like a 14 or 15 tooth also for the road cruises,or the dragstrip. But thats only obout 10% of my riding. Anyway thanks for the help.:D :D

i run a 13/39 setup, with full HMF and no other engine mods. i ride strictly woods. i'm mostly pleased....12/38 is probably the best........but going smaller on the front sprocket, puts more stress on your chain. plus, i didn't want to lose all my top end.

i will tell you this......the 39 tooth rear just barely clears the stock skid. i don't think a 40 would fit.
