FMF Powercore IV SA any good?

I was just wondering how the Powercore IV SA is any good? How much of a difference in power will it make? Also is it really loud or is it somewhat quiet cause i don't want a pipe that is really annoyingly loud but one that sounds good. Thanks

I used one and really like it,,,not too loud but not real quiet either,,it sounds like it's the pipe your lookin for..also seen decent powergains when combined with jetkit, K&N filter and removed airbox lid..
