how the hell do you get them to go? i put someone on the boat but how do i get the boat to go or what am i suppsoed to do, im not to fond of reading japanese

the directions are underneath the picture and you have to have either the cop, mom, or dad on the raft at anytime. then you push the red lever on the otherside of the river.
