would it be safe to order (sd)+2 aarms and use 06 stock shocks? ima race c class next year to get the hang of it... cant really afford longtravel.. but why spend so much on lt if standards can still be made to do the job

Standard travel shocks setup for your weight and mx will be stiff. Since they dont have the travel as long travel , so to have the bottoming resistance of mx they have to be stiff throughout the stroke of the shock. Long travel is very plush and yet still has bottoming resistance. Long travel is also very helpfull in the corners. If you have any questions feel free to pm me.

Your stock shocks can be set up to work really good with the +2 arms but the need to be set up right. If you just bolt them on, chances are their gonna be too soft.
