Ever time it does a scan it comes up with the exact same files, it never deletes or "cures" them. Heres a pic

Try downloading and running UnHackMe. It should get rid of that stuff.

in reality you only have 2 files infected all the other files are inaccessible due to the system using those files to run. one of them is in a recycle file which tells me you had a virus at one point and the system restore has saved it in case you need to restore at one point.. the problem with this is that there is not an anti virus that will be able to pull that out of there.. you can do one of two things for that one:1:you can disable system restore, reboot the computer then reinable and system restore, or 2:you can go in and manually find it and delete it...

the second one was downloaded as an add in for internet explorer this one will need to be removed by hand.. then i would suggest scanning your system with trend micro's house call foundhere (http://www.housecall.trendmicro.com)

any more questions let me know

Panda is good

I use Kaspersky they are new the the US but big in Europe. They do ten times the updates Norton and McAfee do.

I am an administrator for a Bank here in Pittsburgh. I recommend using Symantec, that is what we are using today on all of our LANS. Symantec Antivirus version 10.

I've ran McAfee, UnHackMe, Spybot, Registry Mechanic, and Ad-Aware and deleted everything and kept running them until they all came up clean...and I still have pretty bad pop-ups and my computer overall is just acting weird and running slow....I have not downloaded or been on any porn sites either. I even use Mozilla Firefox and still get popups on it. Anyone know? I would run Panda, but it says it has to un-install my McAfee and we're paying for McAfee so I don't wanna un-install it.

James i suggest uninstalling spybot's tea timer... if installed that would be one thing that would slow your system down. beyond that. do you have e donkey, or over net installed? those will bring pop ups with out ad aware seeing them. i do suggest running microsoft's anti spy ware. make sure your windows is up to date and last thing i would suggest is installing the Google toolbar it will help with alot of the web based pop ups..

let me know if you have any more questions

I installed Googles pop-up blocker, click open FireFox, got a pop-up. They seem to come from that 888.com and I have no clue how to get rid of them. I don't have e donkey or over net installed..I will run Microsoft's anti-spyware soon...but I doubt it's any different from what I have ran before.

this will hardly catch any of the little things but it gets rid of those *******s that get into the registry, its a pretty good chance what ever you have put something into the registry too, so id try hijackthis, then after you run it copy and paste the info into a hi jck this translatot (they have hundereds of them, just do a search. then if you still have problems download the trial version of avg

you have gotten hit with one of the hardest pieces of spyware there is to remove.. i have only had 50% success with repairing it. some times it works some times it does not. you can try a few things. the first is to run cw shredder .you can find cwshreader at the trendmicro site i linked before.if that does not work we will need to go thru a few more things.
there is one program that should remove it you can try it if you would like

here is a link to a thread that is running into the same issue you are havinghttp://forums.spywareinfo.com/lofiversion/index.php/t39484.html

You have the latest version of VX2. Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

http://www.atribune.org/downloads/l2mfix.exe
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. then run and click option #2http://forums.spywareinfo.com/lofiversion/index.php/t39484.html
