I have the Piston, Head setup. I haven't put the webcam in yet, but I can tell you that it absolutely rips. Put the CRF IGN on and hold on for dear life. His Pipe is the best on the market. I would tell everyone to look into Rossier for all their engine needs. Great timelines and awesome customer service.

What is Rossier's price range for doing motor work on the 450R? I just want a bigger piston and a full exhaust. Any ideas on more upgrades that will make my 450R fly?

I installed the 11.7:1 piston. After my trials and tribulations with my ignition, I would go to trail tech atv for the ignition. The piston and pipe would probably be around 600 dollars. For full on port and polish, put around 1000 to 1500 dollars in the bank. A piston, cam and a pipe are always good areas to start. Then you can go with a port, polish, and valve job.

Porting is when he grinds or adds and reforms the metal around the valves to allow air to flow smoother and flow more. polishing i belive is when they just polish it to remove the stuff that builds up on the head and smooth out imperfections (someone correct me if im wrong). my kit through rossier with pipe, cam, port and polish, piston, rings and gaskets was about $1600 if you take your motor out and send it to him.

Hey thanks for the info. I guess I'll start saving now because it's going to be a while before I get that amount. Thanks again for the info.
