My complete 465ex build...TONS OF PICS

Ok, well I needed to gather together all the pictures off my computer and assemble them into one section so I can start to print them out for my teacher.

This is my SR. Project for highschool. Pretty much it was turn a frame into a full quad. It needs to be done by May 1st (hehe 2 days before my b-day) or I dont get my diploma. So yeah, it will be done.

Ill post every picture I can find, but I know i Saved some in different spots so bear with me for a bit here.

Oh BTW Pappy coated EVERY THING on this thus far, and most parts even came from him. Still need a good $2000-3000 in parts, totaled it up and everything there cost $2863...not too shabby.

A tip for making sure your pics come up: When you copy the links, you need the ones that have a .jpg or .jpeg or .gif or even .bmp (there are a few others, but those are the most standard). Those are the actual picture files.

it will be done on my b-day too! lol well good luck, i wish i had the cash right now to do a rebuild, but not enough cash, but im likin the color scheme, hope it turns out ok and ya get it done ok

Damn straight, lol.
Hell I got the Yoshi complete RS-3 for free, paied like $15 for PC and $60 for a new can, end, and Yoshimura symbol...then whatever the ceramic coating is going to run. He went off a 90ft double and had the rear shock mounnt snapped and squished the pipe on the caliper :ermm:

Also the red spindles...IDK, I think pappy got busy and forgot to shoot them black. Its ok, they will look good with the Elka rear and Front elkas with the red.
Thanks for all the comments, I could have had it done already, but I have a few other projects. My car is my #1 priority really, im in the process of a motor swap with turbo, so thats draining all the money that I have along with this 465.

thats looking sick man !... thats cool how you can do that for SP. at my school we have to build flower beds...wash cars (for free)...pick up trash. goofy anoying things like that or we cant graduate, but we can't build or make anything. all the schools around can build stuff, but we gotta do community service ect. w/e haha . i'll make the preetyest flower bed in the world .....(not). i like your build alot man ,. i'm excited to see your motor !

I go to a tech school as well, well kinda. I go to my main school from 7:30-10:30 then usually 11:45-2:25 at tech, but now im on Co-op so i just go to school, leave at 10:30 then go to work from 12-5 t-fri, mondays i go to tech for about 1hr then home. I go to tech for auto mechanics. For our SR project we could pick ANY teacher at all, any tech teacher, any elementary, middle school, highschool teacher, janitor...etc etc. As long as its in the schools rules, and passes the advisors permission its golden. Most kids in my school like cleaned a park, or painted, community service. The one other kid in my tech class is just presenting on dismounting and mounting 4 tires:rolleyes: .
So alot of kids can have their projects done in 1 week and cost nothing, mine is taking about 7 months and costing about $5000:macho

oh thats cool dude ! i go to a tech school also, same deal, 4 periods till 10:30, then tech till 3, my tech school is about 45 min drive, then i go there eat lunch and go to shop. i don't have to do any senior project for tech thoe. I'm going for welding and fabrication, i can't coop untill next year, but i have a place in mind, i always have an A or a B in welding, and decent welds so... if everything works out i'll get the coop job. this is my 2nd year , so far i have oxy acetylene, and arc, this year i'm going for my certification on Mig and Tig. later on-Ethan

im doing the same thing with the tech school next year. i would of done it all through highschool or w.e but my school only allows the first 4 periods then going to tech to juniors and seniors. I dont know what im going for yet tho
