where can i get the bearings that go in the cases

your local bearing supply store or ebay will probably have the best prices.

I just ordered all of the case bearings from www.servicehonda.com. They have the parts diagrahms for the 250R on there. I got the part numbers from that and called them and ordered all of the bearings and seals for the bottom end. Took a little over a week to get them all.

dont use anything but OEM honda bearings...
