Edelbrock 41mm Carb/04 CRF450 Cam Trade for aftermarket 450R exhaust

I have a 41mm Edelbrock Quicksilver II carb that came with an 04' CRF450 engine I bought from a guy that had it in a quad frame and 04' CRF450 cam that I would like to trade for an aftermarket exhaust for a 450R. The cam has a few hours on it with little to no wear and the bearings are in excellent shape. Both should complement a 450R very nicely. Pipes I had in mind were Yoshimura, TC w/stock header, Sparks (stainless) etc
