250x electrics with 300ex motor?

I am putting a 300ex motor into a 250x chassis and wondering if what i have will work. I have the main harness for the 300ex, but the rest of the electric is off of the 250x. Will this work or what else will I need? Thanks

Yes, you'll need the wire harness for the 300ex. You possibly may need the CDI too. I'm not sure on that one.. someone can confirm or deny that one.

the only thing you really have to think about is the battery since the 250x had the magneto
