Hey, i think im going to bore my 300ex .080 over to a true 300, i checked at a performance shop and they said it would be about $35 to bore and hone. I assume this is a good price, just thought id make sure.

why would you want to do that its not a 2 stroke:confused:

Thats about the going price. You won't notice much or any performance unless you go higher compression.

yeah im going with an 11:1 piston.

Take the new piston with you when you get the cylinder bored so they know the exact size to go to.

Agree with JOEX.

$35 is a great price.
An, 11:1 0.080 over will be a great setup. Look into a Stage2 cam. They compliment each other very well.
