a freind of mine has an 04 450 and has been having a problem with it.
starts up fine but as soon as it warms up it dies.it will start right back up but as soon as you touch the gas it dies.when you first start it up when its cold it will be ok for a while then it dies as soon as it warms up.kinda sounds like it just loose's spark.
be brought it to a honda dealer, they first replaced the stator and said its good but it wasnt.he brought it back a few times.in total it has a new stator, cdi box, coil, and wirehareness.still no good.
what could it be??????
could it be any of the sensor's like on the carb or something???
what else should he check?
