computer help pleez

alright...my computer is running fine and everything its just that every web page i go to the font of the words is a lot bigger than what it usually is and it looks retarded and is kinda slowing down my computer..i am wondering how it changed and if i can fix and is it spyware.

any help is greatly appreciated
