I swore I would never sell it, but I can't afford to get hurt anymore. If I sell it I won't be tempted to ride it.
2001 Raptor frame, and plastic, frame custome built to accept KTM RFS engines.
2004 KTM 525SX engine, FCR41MX carb, 4 speed trans, removeable crankshaft weight, hydro clutch, kickstart only, low hours, runs perfect, fastest year and model of the 525/520 engines
Custom, one off JRD swingarm. Only one of these babies built.
Flame gussets, beautiful piece of work
JRD 2 way adjustable steering stem
Custom fliptop subframe
Denton damper
Elka Long travel rear linkage
Elka shocks
Laeger's +3 Pro-Trax T-pin front end
RPM Dominator II 250R axle I think it retails for over $700
RPM 250R anti-fade nut
RPM taper lock hubs
Braking rear rotor, CRF450 front caliper on rear, CRF450 rear master cylinder
Twin row carrier
Custom 4mm oversize front rotors
Cannondale front master cylinder with integrated parking brake
Galfer lines
Custom 2002 Grizzly radiator, custom scoops
Pro-peg nerfs
250R air filter and custom aluminum air boot
Hiper 9x9's 6x3 offset on the back with 18" MXR4 only 2 rides on them
Extra set of 19" MXR4 rear tires, 80% tread
Hiper fronts with 20" Holeshot MX 90% tread
Duncan front bumper
2 custom exhausts One is a round shorty style, the other is a square flowmaster style, both have a very unique sound. I use them both. I don't know which one has the most power.
Everything on this bike has been changed except the front calipers and fron hubs. It took me 6 months to do the engine conversion. I used the absolute best materials and every weld was made with a $7000 TIG machine. The only thing that can run with it is another 525. NO 450 can touch it. It only weighs 360-370 pounds. I moved all the weight lower in the chassis. IT DOES NOT HANDLE LIKE A RAPTOR. You must ride it to understand. This is the ultimate open class bike. It breaks my heart to sell it, but I finally acheived my dream of owning my own machine/fabrication shop and I can't afford to get hurt. You will not be dissappointed in the power or handling of this bike. The shocks will need a revalve to fit your weight and style and because they are due for a service. This quad gets all the looks. Sounds like nothing else. The engine is built for MX but you can add e-start, three different transmission options, and some other things if you want to ride dunes or trails. Such as adding MXC 5th and 6th gears, or adding EXC 5th and 6th for 100+ MPH.
$11,500 NO TRADES
$14,500 comes with a 32' enclosed trailer with sleeping quarters, roof air, ramp door, fifth wheel hookup. Wired for 120 volts. Perfect for the nationals.
If you take it all I'll make you a good deal on a One Industries Trooper helmet, Tech 10 boots, Shift chest protector and other gear.
The pictures are before I installed the steering stem and it has the 19" rear tires on the back. Click the thread link to see more pics. In one of the pics you can see part of the trailer.
