06 HRC W-slip on needed or not?

Trying to get dialed in thinking of a slip on pipe with the hrc kit? What do think good or a waist? Also thinking about a k&n system? Good or waist???

I would like to know if a full system is needed with the HRC kit because the kit comes with a head pipe so maybe a slip on is all you need. Im sure some one will do a dyno on it some day.

A slip-on will work better than just the HRC end cap. STAY AWAY from K&N air filters if you ride in dusty conditions. They let too much dirt in. Foam is the Best way to go. I don't see anything wrong with the stock filter. It would take a Dyno to tell the difference between the K&N and stock, and it would be so little difference. You would never feel it or notice it by just riding. It's not worth the chance of dirt to me! JMO!:ermm:
