I used to use Limewire, but I continually have problems wiht corrupted stuff or it freezes up my compter lately so I would like to try another program. Can someone reccomend anything?? I liked limewire, just not all the hassles I was having.

bearshare or a bit torrent, then get a good syware remover to get rid of the crap limewire put on your computer

I had problems downloading, kept freezing up . I ended up with a program called AV music Gold... Is that a shared file program like Limewire?? :confused: I have no clue where to begin looking for music to load :o :p
I wanted to search for a music group so can someone help met me started?

Ares for me too.

If you can't download it and it freezes, have your computer checked out by a professional, becuz that stuff happened to mine, then we got it fixed and it almost crashed completely.

Definitely get a spyware/adware removal program! My ex gf used Limewire and did a lot of surfing. I have Spybot and Adaware, and use both to scan my pc. I got both at www.download.com. I got the free version of adaware, bought the premium version of Spybot for 29.95. I had a LOT of stuff on my pc. :rolleyes:

Good luck, and stay off those porn sites! Send good FREE porn links to me... :p

If you use ad-aware and update it regularly, and also update windows regularly you will have no problems.

I downloaded the free version of Limewire and then got Limewire Pro, which is the spyware free/faster version of Limewire that costs like 30 dollars, for free by downloading it off the free Limewire and then deleting the free version off of my computer and have had zero problems.

I dont trust ad aware at all. I had a bunch of stuff that ad aware couldn't get rid. I switched to Microsofts Anitspyware and I make sure I am always updated.

Ares has been corruption and spyware free so far.

yea there all jsut big spyware banks expessially kaza ares i hate cause my freinds bro always downlaoding some crap rap and it lags n sux but so my buddy uses limewire id says its the best. i got like spydoctor or sum like that .(for killin spyware).
