are you allowed to have a passenger on an a.t.v while riding on the Hatfield Mckoy trails?

The rule states:

No passengers on any ATV unless the ATV is manufactured for the driver and one passenger. No vehicle over fifty (50) inches in width is allowed on the trail.

I am not sure how strict they are on the width of the machine--but definitely, they do watch for doubling on machines.
