View Full Version : steering stabilizer NEED HELP FAST

I have bought a denton steering stabilizer and need some help with the installation. Does anyone have a picture or some instructions on how to do it??? please help asap

i hooked mine up so that the adjustment comes out to the left side. pretty much, i adjusted it until i liked the way it fit with the handlebars turned to both extremes. sorry, i dont have any pics

yeah its kinda hard to explain.

you mount the square bracket right because the top left A arms bolt. (closest to the frame)

then you mount the bracket onto the steering stem some where.

Then you mount the stabilizer its self to both mounts.

Then put the front onto a jack stand and turn the handlebars each way as far as you can. If the stabilizer is buckling, you need rotate the bracket on the steering stabilizer until you get it right.




It took me a while to figure this out because the instructions that came with it were completly usless. Hope I helped you out enough for you to figure out what you are doing.
