need huge axel help

ok i have a 97 300ex and when i bough tit the gave me new bearings and seals to go in the rear end i took it apart and replaced them well the disc spline on the axel is stripped i was wondering is there salvage yards around said john where i could get another axel or is there something that u can fix that with, maybe with a locking disc or some crazy thing thanx

well your best bet would be to look on here to find a nice used one and buy that one....can't really save the old one...well you could but it's not worth the trouble

try east coast atv, or ebay. i have had tons of luck finding parts on ebay and i have heard good things about them
