i'm in the process of putting one on mine right now. so far i made a adapter to make it fit the airbox boot, cut off the top vent and plugged it and drilled out the side vent. i had no problem what so ever getting it into the manifold, a little lube and it slid right in :blah: the only thing i have ran into so far is plugging the hot start, mine didnt come with one so i either have to find a bolt to put in there or drill it and tap it for a more common size. i plugged the hotstart for the mean time and did get it to run decent with a 152 main jet and stock pilot, i do however think i am a tad rich just from the little i ran it. this is on a completely stock 04 400ex. but it did idle extremely well compared to the stock carb and it didnt choke off or anything when you gave it gas like some other people have posted. i'll keep you guys informed as time goes on.
