Suspension settings!

I've done acouple searches on this but can't get a good explanation of settuping up your suspension. I have stock front R shocks and my stock rear 400ex shock. I want to get them both dialed in perfectly (not sending them off just yet). I'm wondering if anybody knows a previous thread or would like the thuroughly explain settuping up the shocks. Little inside explanations and tips on setting them up. They're way off and I NEED HELP FAST!! thanks

Go there, and at the top put your cursor over tech guides, and click on suspension set-up. It helped me when I had to adjust my rebuilt rear shock.

theirs not one setting thats perfect it depends what type of riding your gona be doing.
