I have gone through hell to get this swingarm bolt out and now it is atleast 3 peices. my question is will my exstra 400ex swingarm bolt fit the 450R?

Did it work? If not, I'd say just buy another stocker and grease the Sh*t outta it. Honda is notorious for not greasing certain parts.

get a baldwin or lonestar chromoly bolt I have seen stock bolts break before and these are much stronger and worth the money just for the safety they provide.

Yeah I agree, there are a few different companies that offer aftermarket chromoly or stainless steel swingarm bolts

East Coast ATV sells a very nice stainless one. There are some very nice ones on Ebay too.

Yes a 400EX or 250R swingarm bolt is the same as a 450R.
