a guy at work is listing the new HRC kits on ebay so i figured id let you guys know in advance... he has buy-it-nows ($345.95) and auctions(285.95). this is the brand new kit with the head pipe, sub-harness, jets, everything - brand new from honda. we just got them today. user name is rmz255

FOR THE 06 IS $400 FOR THE KIT,AND $200,TO BE INSTALLED,ALL TOGETHER IT WAS $609.95 FOR ME AT THE DEALERSHIP.BUT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE KIT,THEY ARE ACTULLY PULLING IT OUT RIGHT NOW,IT KEPT POPING ON ME ,LIKE THE REV,BUT WASN'T,YOU CAN GO PAST THAT POINT AND HIT THE REV.THE DEALER FIND OUT THAT YOU HAVE TO RUN IT WITH OUT THE AIR BOX LID.AND BEFORE I BOUGHT THE KIT I ASKED THEM ABOUT THE LID,WHAT CHANGES THEY DO.THEY SAID IT STAYS THE SAME.BUT DOSENT.FOR THE RIDING THAT I DO,IT NEEDS TO BE SEALED UP,I DO ALOT OF TRAIL RIDING,AND ALOT OF BIG TRIPS LIKE HATFIELD MCCOY.SO THERE ARE PULLING IT OUT,HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK CAUSE I AM NOT PAYING FOR HONDAS R&D TIME AND MATERIAL.SO BE CAREFUL!!!I WILL LET YOU'S KNOW IF THEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

ok... they are $359.95 for the kit and from what we have heard they are just as good as the '05 kits... hopefully everything works out for ya, but we are still selling them at discounted rates over ebay... and we arent the shop who installed your kit

Hey skaydogg, you should consider just buying a Outerwear air box cover and keep the kit. It's not going to be water tight but will keep most of the water and crap out.

NO THATS WHAT THEY CHARGE ME,AND I GOT REFOUND FOR THE KIT LAST NIGHT,BECAUSE THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS IN THE KIT.THEY TIRED TO HAVE ME EAT THE $609.95 PLUS$195 TO PUT IT BACK TO STOCK.THEY WROTE ME OUT A CHECK FOR $646.55 AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY THE $195. THANK GOD!LOLI WOULD SAY SO AFTER PAYING THEM $8000. WITH A 4 YEAR WARRNTY.SO THEY DID DO ME RIGHT BUT STILL DIDNT SAY SORRY,ABOUT THE HEADACHES,THEY THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE RIGHT.BUT I STILL WON THE WAR!
