I know this is atvriders.com, I promise I'll throw my shee in here as well!

This is my brothers 1200 Harley Sportster.

We purchased it off ebay and drove to go pick it up. We have put a wide tire kit on it, wcc fender and a fat bob tank for starters. I painted all the misc parts so far but we want a show worthy bike once its finished it is going to Dayonta bike week and being entered in 2 bike shows!

With that said, our plans for this bike are pretty big, we want to put a wide glide front end on it, chrome wheels, paint the frame to match, paint misc pieces, install screamin eagle heads, new cam, carb, Jims big bore kit.

This is about 2 weeks after we purchased it, I painted it burgundy but it got lost in the crowd..

We got sick of the burgundy and picked a color no one has around here..

although the bike looks great, it looks like most of the bikes out there to me. it reminds me a lot of my buddies fxs. im thinking chrome the calipers, and some braided brake lines. get rid of all of the reflectors. what is that called when someone etches the cooling fins? supercharger would be nice, i watched as a guy with a new harley had his dynoed at an bike show last summer, man was it loud!! still didnt hit 100hp, i think it was not quite 90hp but quite a bit of torque. maybe a custom front fender or a bit of cutting, and a matching rear would set it apart quite well. oh, and the leather bag on the front, i would take that off as well. a custom seat would be tight! this is all i can think of right now. but i love the color!!

if it was my banshee, i'd go with a +8-10 swingarm, pro wedge 2's, CPI out of frame drag pipes, alky conversion, remove all fenders, remove the nerfs, strut the front.......and well u get the idea lol

tater, its called diamond cutting when they etch the cooling fins :)
that would look cool, also, dont go for the braided lines, they are clunky and dont look clean cut, if you want trick go for some hard steel tube lines,

a dark brown seat would look nice

i dunno what else, its you bike, and you really need to show your individualism with bikes to be noticed, if not, your left in the dust

and the banshee, hmmm, some elkas on laeger lt arms would be cool, maybe a -1.25 swinger, some fullbore plastics and a good set of graphix

and for mx on a shee ive heard nothing is better than a 2 into 1 pipe, and a 2 into 1 carb, tons of low end

I might strip it more tomorrow and stay up all night not shure yet. I have to go to the shop tomorrow and start the tins and misc mounts I've taken off so far so it might be a bad idea staying up!

But hell, I am getting paid 20 an hour to do this

I was riding at a friends and they were behind me in a truck and I was moving along decent, had it wide open and it wouldnt shift anymore, then it was stuck in 3rd and 4th..

I dont know if it broke 2 shift forks and the gear slector spring, I know the spring is broken I took it apart to see because it was bothering me to death not knowing..

its down at butches now, hopefully the last time I have to fix that problem, scared the crap out of me :(

that looks nice!

I think you should stay with that same orange color which you are doing and make a couple shades darker of that color for the airbrushing, then hit it up with some white tints.

eh you almost have to remeberm, the low sidewalls which allow it to have alot of contour to the tire.

At the shop I deal with to get parts they just got a 330mm tire in, now that bitoch is WIDE
