2006 TRX450R. Can i remove the baffle and air lid without rejetting?

I would guess no. When I bought my 04 I tried to run it with the lid off and it wouldn't even run. Jetting isn't a big deal, there are tons of step by step links on this site that can walk you through it.

If your not gonna rejet then its not worth it. Why open up the air flow thru the engine if your not gonna give it the fuel it needs to make the power you want. It may actually make it slower and just not run good. To make it run to the potential, just buy a few jets for it and give them a try to see which one works best for ya.:)
