LOL @ 111 MPH.. thats funny. 250lbs on a 400ex? with no engine upgrades? probably about 30 mph in the top of 4th. But its impossible to tell. Its a pretty open ended question

bone stock 400 i would say about 50 to 55 i way 225 and can go 62 with lower gearing.
